What’s Covered:
- If your frame arrives damaged or defective, just notify us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll provide a free replacement, return, or full refund — no hassle.
- If your frame develops a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase due to issues with materials or workmanship, we’ll either offer a repair or send a free replacement.
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Improper use or handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues arising from exposure to extreme humidity, temperature, or improper mounting
