  • Can I hang my frame in a humid environment?

    Yes, but with precautions. For valuable or irreplaceable artwork, we recommend displaying it in a space with stable humidity and temperature — or consulting a professional framer for conservation-grade protection.
  • Can I order large quantities?

    We offer two structured options for customers who need larger quantities of picture frames: bulk discounts on select in-stock styles, or wholesale manufacturing orders for purchases of 500+ units. Contact us at hello@frameamo.com if you are interested in these options.
  • Do you offer custom frame sizes?

    Frame Amo does not offer fully custom frame sizes. We focus on producing the most popular and industry-standard picture frame dimensions to ensure quality, availability, and fast shipping. If you need help selecting the closest frame size for your artwork, contact us at hello@frameamo.com.
  • Do you offer international shipping?

    If you're located outside the U.S. and are interested in future availability, feel free to contact us at hello@frameamo.com. We’re happy to note your interest and keep you informed when international ordering opens.
  • Do your frames come with a warranty?

    Yes — all Frame Amo picture frames are backed by a One-Year Limited Warranty for your peace of mind.
  • Do you use acid free mats & backing?

    Frame Amo uses acid-free, lignin-free, and pH-neutral matboards and backing boards in all applicable frames. Archival framing materials help prevent yellowing, fading, and long-term deterioration of photographs, artwork, diplomas, and prints.
  • How can I track my order?

    You can track your Frame Amo order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information is sent once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, contact hello@frameamo.com for assistance.
  • How do I clean and maintain my frame?

    To clean and maintain a picture frame, use a microfiber cloth for dusting, spray cleaner onto the cloth (not directly onto glass), avoid ammonia-based cleaners on acrylic, and inspect hanging hardware regularly.   • How do I insert my picture into the frame?

    To insert a picture into a frame, place the frame face down, lift the metal tabs, remove the backing, position your artwork against the glass or acrylic (with mat if applicable), replace the backing, and secure the tabs. Always use acid-free materials and work on a soft surface to protect the frame.
